Shipping Terms

Delivery area:
We deliver within Germany and to all member states of the European Union.

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are calculated as a flat rate and will be clearly stated during the ordering process.

  • Germany: flat rate €6.90

  • Austria: flat rate €6.90

  • Switzerland: flat rate €9.90
  • Italy: flat rate €9.90

  • For orders of at least €100, we deliver free of charge.

Shipping carrier:
Shipping is carried out by the postal service or a comparable provider. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery time:
Unless otherwise stated, the goods will be delivered within:

  • 2–5 business days within Germany/Austria

  • 3–10 business days to other EU countries
    Please note that delivery does not take place on Sundays or public holidays.

Should delivery delays occur in exceptional cases, we will inform you immediately by email.
