These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers and entrepreneurs (§ 13, § 14 BGB) in our online shop Dogs-Reha Nahrungsergänzungsmittel.

Shipping takes place within Germany and to the countries of the European Union.

3. Conclusion of Contract

  • The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order.
  • By clicking the "Buy" button, you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
  • Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent by email immediately after submitting the order.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

  • All prices are stated in euros and include the statutory value added tax.
  • In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply, which are clearly communicated during the ordering process.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery takes place within Germany and to EU countries with the stated shipping service providers.
  • Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is 3–7 business days.
  • If individual products are not available, we will inform you immediately.

  • Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet and do not replace veterinary treatment.
  • We are fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. For other damages, we are only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.

We are not obliged and are not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Final Provisions

  • The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
  • For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
